7th Grade Visitation Day
Wednesday, March 14, 2018, 8:30 am – 2:00 pm
All current 7th graders are welcome! Come experience a fun-filled and informative day at Archbishop Carroll High School, guided by our student leaders and volunteers. Meet our teachers and have a question and answer session with Mr. Fox, our President, and Dr. Schulz, our Principal. The event begins at 8:30 am, followed by the day’s group activities, with afternoon dismissal at 2:00 pm. Register today!

Spring Open House
Thursday, March 15, 2018, 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
This is a great opportunity to see our 60-acre campus and meet our faculty and staff! Student Ambassadors will be leading school tours throughout the event. Carroll President, Mr. Francis Fox, and Carroll Principal, Dr. Anchen Schulz, will be speaking in the Curley Family Library/Hageney Student Union Center. Learn about the student-centered academics, active religious ministry, and exciting happenings at Archbishop Carroll! Athletic and student activity representatives will be present throughout the day as well.
All walk-in visitors are welcome!
7th Grade Practice Scholarship Test (Pre-HSPT)

Register for the Practice Test at Archbishop Carroll
We encourage all 7th grade prospective students to take the practice scholarship test at Archbishop Carroll High School in order to prepare for the scholarship test in the Fall. We advise students to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time as the exam begins promptly on the hour. We also recommend that students bring water and a snack with them.

Fall 8th Grade Scholarship Test (HSPT)
This Fall, 8th grade students can earn an Academic Merit Scholarship to Archbishop Carroll High School. This 4-year scholarship is awarded to students with outstanding academic records and high achievement on the Carroll Scholarship Exam Students taking the October scholarship tests at Carroll and receiving awards will be notified in December. Please register at least 48 hours before the test date.

Scholarship Test Fee: $50
To be eligible for a scholarship, students are required to submit an admissions application and school records and transcripts.
The day of the test:
– students should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time as the exam begins promptly on the hour.
– students should enter through the “A” doors to the left of the Chapel.
– students should bring #2 pencils, water and a snack.
– calculators are not permitted.
Shadow Visit Program
This is a great opportunity for prospective students to experience a day in the life of a current Carroll student. Families are advised to schedule a Shadow Visit at least one week in advance from their intended date. The Shadow Visit Program runs through May 24, 2018. Please note that shadow students are paired with freshman in order to expose our guests to the actual classes and teachers they would become involved with as a Carroll student.
Shadow Visits can be scheduled on a Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday. The Admissions Office will respond to all requests to confirm or reschedule your request. Please submit a Shadow Visit Request to schedule your visit. The details below will help your student prepare for their visit to Archbishop Carroll.
Shadow Visit Details:
- Please arrive by 7:30 am in the Admissions Office. Enter through the “B” doors to right of the Chapel. The Admissions Office is directly down the hall on the left.
- We will provide a lunch pass to all shadowing students.
- Families are responsible for their student’s transportation to and from Carroll.
- We ask that all shadow students wear their school uniform or dress in alignment with Carroll’s dress code.
- Men: khaki slacks and a button down or collared shirt
- Women: skirt or slacks and a button down or collared shirt
