The Enrollment Process at Archbishop Carroll
Step 1: Apply
Complete and submit our Application for Admission, either through our online application or by completing a paper version by hand. We are currently welcoming all applicants from 2021 and 2022 Classes (current 8th and 7th graders respectively). Several academic documents need to be submitted along with the application. A photocopy of the 7th grade report card and standardized test scores are sufficient. A recent 8th grade progress report or report card are also encouraged. If you need to obtain new records from your school, or wish to send us official transcripts, please download the transcript release form from the link blow and submit the completed form to your school (Please do not send this form directly to Archbishop Carroll; this will only delay the process!).

Step 2: Shadow Visit
This is a highly encouraged opportunity for prospective students to experience a day in the life of a current Carroll student. Families are advised to schedule their prospective student’s visit at least one week in advance from their intended date. Our Shadow Visit Program runs from late September through the end of May.

Step 4: Get Excited!
We have several fun events planned for new students entering Archbishop Carroll in the Fall, with more details to follow. In addition, our New Student portal is growing to include information about Fall athletics, health forms, uniforms, and much more.
We welcome all students currently enrolled at another high school to apply for admission to Archbishop Carroll. Prospective student must have passing grades in all subjects and be in good academic and disciplinary standing at his or her present school. An in-person interview with a representative from our Academic Offices will be scheduled after all required academic, discipline and attendance records have been received.
