Indoor Track & Field
Goals and Objectives:
- To develop fitness and athleticism in a variety of disciplines through the winter months while competing at a high level in established indoor track leagues
- To develop general fitness and athletic ability as well as refine skills specific to each athlete’s event.
- To learn discipline, build physical fitness and learn to push themselves to new levels in a fun, close knit atmosphere where connections between their Christian beliefs and the unique challenges of their sport are illustrated.
Practice Days and Times:
Begin in mid-November and continue through the end of February.
Practices run from 3:00 to 5:15 after school.
