The following links contain information and necessary forms for businesses to make a contribution to scholarship organizations, such as BLOCS through the PA Department of Revenue's Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program.

Superintendent Dr. Mary Rochford includes a cover letter for parents, cover letter for businesses, and a summary sheet of information for businesses who choose to participate in the EITC Program.

EITC Packet  includes all four documents.
