Class of 2026 Spring Information
Senior Prom
The Senior Prom will be held on Friday, May 15, 2025 from 7-10 pm at Citizens Bank Park (1 Citizens Bank Way, Philadelphia, PA 19148).
Tickets are $140 per person and will go on sale later this Spring. Students may purchase single tickets for the prom if they choose. For students who wish to purchase tickets as a couple, each student must be of the opposite gender. Students from outside of Archbishop Carroll must have the guest approved by The Office of Student Affairs. In order to be an approved guest of Archbishop Carroll, the guest must be of the opposite gender and must be under 21 years of age. The guest must have a guest permission form completed and signed by his/her high school principal and a parent. The form must be turned into The Office of Student Affairs before the Prom. The guest must present a photo ID at the dance.
Students wishing to attend the Prom are reminded that their tuition payments must be up to date and that they must be in good disciplinary standing with The Office of Student Services.
Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. A student must be in school on the day of the dance or the day prior if the dance is on a weekend. A student must arrive on time - no later than 30 minutes past the starting time. If a student purchased a ticket and is unable to attend the dance due to an unforeseen circumstance, a parent must notify the school the evening of the dance by calling the Office for Student Affairs.

Baccalaureate/Graduation
Baccalaureate will be held on Monday, June 1st at 7 pm at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 819 Cathedral Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19128. Each graduate will receive three tickets for Baccalaureate.
**Students MUST attend their Baccalaureate Mass, or they will not be permitted to walk at Graduation.
Graduation will be held on Tuesday, June 2 at 11 am at Immaculata University, 1145 West King Road, Immaculata Drive, Immaculata, PA 19345. Each graduate will receive five tickets for Graduation.
MANDATORY PRACTICES FOR BACCALAUREATE AND GRADUATION:
Baccalaureate Practice - Friday, May 29th at 9 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 819 Cathedral Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19128; all Seniors must report for practice on time and in full school uniform.
Graduation Practice - Monday, June 1st at 9am at Immaculata University, 1145 West King Road, Immaculata Drive, Immaculata, PA 19345; all Seniors must report for practice on time and in full school uniform.
Attendance at both practices is mandatory. Every senior must be present. Failure to cooperate during practices could result in a later dismissal. Students who do not attend the rehearsal may not participate in the Commencement Ceremonies.
Reminders from the ACHS Parent-Student Handbook
Participation in the commencement exercises in a diocesan high school is a privilege. Only those students who have completed all requirements for a diploma may participate.
Students may be excluded from participation in the commencement exercises and denied a diploma for any of the following:
- Archdiocesan policy stipulates that seniors with final failures (major or minor, required or elective) for the school year do not participate in the Baccalaureate or Graduation exercises. Seniors with any failures for the year (including one-semester courses that end in January and/or June) must successfully make up those failures in Diocesan Summer School in order to receive the diploma.
- A discipline failure or major breach in Archbishop Carroll High School’s discipline code
- An egregious offense on or off of school property
- Failure to comply with rules/regulations governing graduation, etc.
- Excessive absences or tardies (22 or more days)
- A failure to fulfill financial obligations (all tuition and fees)
ALL QUALIFIED SENIORS MUST ATTEND PRACTICES AS WELL AS
CEREMONIES FOR BOTH BACCALAUREATE AND GRADUATION.
