Catholic Athletes for Christ

Catholic Athletes for Christ is a national organization whose mission is to serve Catholic athletes and share the Gospel of Christ in and through athletics. CAC’s goal is to provide an integrated network of sports oriented clergy and lay people to serve Catholic athletes, coaches, and staff in the practice of their faith and to utilize the unique platform given to them to reach the world for Jesus Christ and His Church.
At Carroll, Catholic Athletes for Christ meets regularly on Wednesdays in the Campus Ministry Office during lunch periods with pizza and soda provided. Students and club leaders meet to discuss what it means to live the Catholic faith through the use of sports related imagery and themes, but you don’t have to be an athlete to participate!
Meetings consist of video content and thought-provoking questions, examples of saints and readings from Scripture, and group discussions and personal sharing.
Everyone in CAC is on Team Jesus with one common goal: to get to heaven.  All are welcome on Team Jesus and no one can get cut from this team.
