Rooted in Catholic faith, Archbishop John Carroll High School inspires young men and women to lead, serve, and contribute to the global community. We empower students to develop their talents, build strong character through Catholic values, and strengthen their minds through our rigorous academic programs.

Founded in 1967, Archbishop John Carroll High School is a Catholic, coeducational, college preparatory high school accredited by Middle States and affiliated with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. We boast a stunning 55-acre hilltop campus along Main Line Radnor, Pennsylvania.

A community of faith and academic collaboration, Carroll is home to 675 intrinsically diverse students who all share one similar perspective: for them, Carroll is the place to be. Carroll is the high school choice for students hailing from 89 zip codes across the Philadelphia metropolitan-area, and because of this we value the diverse nature of our school community. This diversity creates a unique and dynamic learning environment that fosters a greater appreciation of not only students’ individual differences, but then also highlights the values shared.

At its the core, Carroll’s educational philosophy is reflected every day in a welcoming campus environment. Each student is challenged to achieve both academic and personal excellence in a nurturing, inclusive community, while encouraged to stay true to his or her own individual personality. Our administration, teachers, and parents, work together to inspire our students to be strong, responsible members of society, who embrace all that PatriotNation has to offer.
