Admissions Process

Steps to take for enrollment:

1. Fill out an application for admission

2. Submit academic records

Once the application is submitted the SchoolAdmin system will lead you to back to a dashboard in which you will be prompted to upload your child’s 7th grade final report card and standardized testing scores, along with any supporting documentation if applicable. You will be required to upload the 8th grade first trimester report card later in the enrollment process if your child is choosing to attend Carroll next year.

 November 3 is the targeted date for students to complete his or her applications for an early admission decision, which are sent out prior to Thanksgiving. We will also continue to accept applications on a rolling basis through the Spring.

 3. Submit a financial aid application.

If you are interested in receiving financial aid, the application opens on October 1, 2024. The priority deadline for applying is December 31, 2024, which will allow you to receive a potential award in early January. Applications submitted after this date will still be reviewed on a rolling basis through Spring. Click here to learn more about financial aid.


4. Decide if you are joining PatriotNation!

Once your child receives his or her acceptance letter you will receive information about how to submit the registration fee to officially become part of the Class of 2029. Once you are registered your child’s place and any received awards will be secured, and more information about the 2025-2026 school year will be sent.
