Admissions Process

The process for acceptance to Archbishop John Carroll high school includes an application to the school and official records from the student's current school. More information on the admissions process is listed below.

 

Steps to take for enrollment:

Submit a completed application for admission

Early Admissions Deadline: November 30th, 2022. Students who apply early are eligible for early admission and discounted registration. We accept applications on a rolling basis starting December 1 through the Spring.

Upload academic records

Once you submit an application through our online school admin portal, upload a copy of your child's 7th-grade final grades and standardized testing scores.  Additionally, please upload your child's first quarter and/or first-trimester 8th-grade grades onto the school admin portal when available.  If your child has an academic support plan, the most recent version of that document must also be uploaded.  

 

Register for a Scholarship Test

Scholarship Tests have been completed for the Class of 2027.  A Class of 2028 Practice Scholarship test will take place this Spring; more info to come in January.

 

Submit a financial aid application.

The application for financial aid opens October 1, 2022. The priority deadline for applying is December 31, 2022. Applications submitted after this date will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Registration Fee

Accepted students have the opportunity to enroll at a discounted rate of $100 until March 15, 2023.   After this date, the registration fee increases. The registration fee link will be sent with the acceptance letter.
