Scholarships for Current Students

The Dominic L. Coyle Memorial Fund
In recognition of the life and talent Dominic Coyle brought to his beloved Carroll community, his friends and family have established a scholarship in his memory. Dominic would have graduated with the Class of 2017. He personified what it means to be engaged in the world. His outreach to his peers, to his community and to anyone whose path he crossed resonated and remains with them. His love of life, his kindness and his musical talent are all attributes that define him but never limited him. It is these qualities that we hope to inspire in other young men and women with the award of this scholarship.
The Barry Kirsch Choose Life Scholarship
Established in 2021, this scholarship is $2,500 a year award reserved for a Junior or Senior who exhibits leadership in the Pro-Life Movement and is an active member of the Archbishop Carroll Respect Life Club. Students are recommended by the club moderator and the Office of Student Life.
The Barry Kirsch Scholarship for Distinguished Service
Established in 2017 through funds raised by the Carroll Hall of Fame and named for the legendary Carroll teacher, Mr. Barry Kirsch, this $5,000 scholarship is meant to recognize a rising senior who exhibits talent and a dedication to promoting the culture of life through service and other activities. Barry along with administration, staff and committee recommend and select the student recipient going into their senior year. Interested students should bring this to the attention of Mr. Gennaro during the 2nd semester of their Junior year.
